Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
A booking confirmation will be sent via email or other communication channels provided by the customer.

Payment Policy

Full payment or a deposit (as specified) must be made at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour starts.
50% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours before the tour starts.
No refund for cancellations made within the day of the tour or in case of a no show.
In the event of bad weather, the tour may be rescheduled.

Changes to the Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.
Any significant changes will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
Customers must comply with local laws, customs, and safety instructions provided by the tour guide.

Health and Fitness

Customers must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking. Certain activities may have fitness or age restrictions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., accidents, delays, or natural disasters).
Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover potential risks during the tour.

Reservation & Payment Policy

Reservations for the Mount Batur Sunrise Trek are available either as instant confirmation or upon request, depending on the applicable terms and availability. All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Once your booking has been successfully processed, you will receive a voucher and payment receipt by email as confirmation of your reservation. Please make sure to check both your inbox and spam folder. If the email appears in your spam folder, kindly mark it as “Not Spam” so future correspondence can be delivered properly. If you do not receive your voucher, please contact our team for assistance. Guests are required to show the voucher either in printed form or as a digital e-voucher on their device upon arrival before joining the Mount Batur Sunrise Trek. All payments made by credit card, including Visa and Mastercard, or debit card are securely processed through a Payment Gateway protected by internationally certified security protocols.
